High uptime

For various types of special e-Bikes, Cleantron has developed dedicated, vibration resistant & waterproof Battery Packs. Cleantron can collaborate with your designers for optimal battery handling, suspension and integration in the e-Bike. Cleantron has a 36V Basic Module (HP-Bike) available that can be customised towards your needs. For electric Cargobikes Cleantron develops and produces more powerfull 48V Battery Modules giving the extra power (HP variants) or range (UHD variants) which is normally needed.

Based on years of experience with her 48V Portable Batteries, Cleantron has developed a novel battery system for compact, easy to use lightweight portable batteries in combination with a fixed battery pack, suitable for high performance EV’s and LEV’s: the High Power Multi Pack Configuration (HP-MPC).

HP-MPC is particularly designed for EV/LEV applications like top range e-Scooters and e-Motorcycles (max 80 – 100 km/h), that are deployed in an environment with limited access to Charging Infrastructure.

The HP-MPC is a System combining a fixed high-power Battery Pack (for acceleration & speed) with lightweight portable high capacity Battery Modules (for range). The portable Modules are low voltage (touch-safe). The fixed Battery Pack can be a High Voltage or Low Voltage (depending on the actual Driveline Topology and Performance Requirements).

 

The HP-MPC offers a unique, scalable and therefore optimal mix of Capacity (Range) and Power (Acceleration & Speed). Here the Portable Modules can remain light, offering easy and quick battery exchange where the fixed Battery Pack offers high power for acceleration and speed.

Prototyping

The Cleantron facility  is located close to the ports of Amsterdam and Rotterdam and is next door close to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands. Cleantron has, next to automated Assembly Lines for mainstream Production, also a Test Laboratory and Prototyping Facility. The production Series can therefore vary from α (alfa) – δ (delta) Prototypes up to mainstream industrial Series as well as mid-sized automotive Series.

Automotive Impedance based BMS

Cleantron has developed a High Voltage BMS Platform that can be used as a firm base for an ISO26262 compliant Automotive BMS. Cleantron is specialised in Modular Systems for (micro/urban) mobility, but also Master-Slave BMS configurations for mainstream automotive applications can be developed.

Thermal Management

Cleantron can design an Active or Passive Cooling system for a Battery Module and integrate that for you into the HV Battery Pack. Cleantron applies the latest innovative production technologies like, for instance, Gap Filler technology.
