Cleantron has developed Battery Modules for worldclass 3D Warehousing Shuttles, used in automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), as well as Batteries for large industrial AGV’s for automotive internal transport and manipilation. Cleantron can customise standard modules or develop tailored batterypacks meeting your specific demand. Cleantron is specialised in Battery Solutions for
Quick Battery Exchange or Opportunity Charging are the two most effective and common strategies to achieve the highest possible Uptime for an AGV.
Cleantron is specialist in (Ultra) Fast Charging and Balancing Algorithms for LTO Cells. Cleantron has a 48V LTO basic Modul available (Cleantron L5), that can be customized to customer specifications.
Alternatively, Portable Batteries for AGV’s, allowing quick battery exchange (“battery swapping”), are often an economical and effective solution to avoid long downtimes or expensive charging infrastructure.
Cleantron’s leading Sensing Technology (“sensing & sense making”) is incorporated in our BMS Technology. It includes accurate State of Health (SOH) calculations.
By applying specialised smart Algoritms we can extent the Lifetime of the Battery without compromising op performance.
Remote monitoring allows remote fleet management and avoids unnecessary Battery replacement.
Remote monitoring concerns the Battery’s health, temperature, voltage, current and state of charge data, which are critical for maximizing the performance and cycle-life. Users can also track each battery’s location, providing additional key insights into the status of high-value mobile/portable assets.

For various types of special e-Bikes, Cleantron has developed dedicated, vibration resistant & waterproof Battery Packs. Cleantron can collaborate with your designers for optimal battery handling, suspension and integration in the e-Bike. Cleantron has a 36V Basic Module (HP-Bike) available that can be customised towards your needs. For electric Cargobikes Cleantron develops and produces more powerfull 48V Battery Modules giving the extra power (HP variants) or range (UHD variants) which is normally needed.
Remote monitoring allows remote management and avoids unnecessary Battery replacement. Remote monitoring can include the Battery’s Health (SOH), Temperature, Voltage, Current and State of Charge (SOC) data; which are critical for maximizing performance and cycle-life.
Cleantron has developed tailored solutions for various e-Scooters and light electric Motorcycles. Cleantron has years of experience with supplying this market. Our key contributions have been in the area of Portable Battery Systems for Delivery Scooters and Batteries for Fleets of Scooters used in free-floating Shared use Platforms.
Cleantron’s Multiple Pack Configuration (MPC) Solution allows multiple Battery Modules to collaborate flexible and safely; this is done by having multiple Packs working in Parallel together to enable the following:

Based on years of experience with her 48V Portable Batteries, Cleantron has developed a novel battery system for compact, easy to use lightweight portable batteries in combination with a fixed battery pack, suitable for high performance EV’s and LEV’s: the High Power Multi Pack Configuration (HP-MPC).
HP-MPC is particularly designed for EV/LEV applications like top range e-Scooters and e-Motorcycles (max 80 – 100 km/h), that are deployed in an environment with limited access to Charging Infrastructure.
The HP-MPC is a System combining a fixed high-power Battery Pack (for acceleration & speed) with lightweight portable high capacity Battery Modules (for range). The portable Modules are low voltage (touch-safe). The fixed Battery Pack can be a High Voltage or Low Voltage (depending on the actual Driveline Topology and Performance Requirements).
The HP-MPC offers a unique, scalable and therefore optimal mix of Capacity (Range) and Power (Acceleration & Speed). Here the Portable Modules can remain light, offering easy and quick battery exchange where the fixed Battery Pack offers high power for acceleration and speed.
Cleantron has great experience with “Plug & Play” Batterypacks that can be used in a Battery System as well as “Portable” Battery Pack designs for e-Scooters and electric Motorcycles. Plug & Play Battery Packs (example P4X) are easy to exchange in a workshop. Portable Packs (example P4P) are with an easy to operate Connector, so the Pack can be quickly swapped by the consumer. Both Plug & Play Packs as Portable Pack offer modularity; so the Capacity (and therefore costs and performance) can be scaled by the OEM at customers request by varying the amount of Packs.
